📄 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application, game, or service published by UI Master Studio ("we," "our," "us"), a proprietorship owned by Rajesh Ram, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our mobile applications, games, website (uimaster.in), and related services.

📲 Use of Our Applications

Our applications are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. By using our apps, you agree to:

All content, code, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, UI designs, and materials in our apps and on our website are the exclusive property of UI Master Studio / Rajesh Ram and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India.

The name "UI Master Studio," our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without express written consent.

💰 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases, premium features, or subscriptions:

• All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms of service
• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase confirmation
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or Google Play Store policies
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play Store account settings

📢 Advertisements

Our free apps may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in third-party advertisements.

• Results obtained from using our apps will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UI Master Studio and its owner, Rajesh Ram, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for use of our Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hazaribag, Jharkhand, India.
