This Refund Policy applies to all in-app purchases, premium app purchases, and subscriptions made through our applications published on the Google Play Store by UI Master Studio (Proprietor: Rajesh Ram).
We want our users to have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please review the refund options below.
š Google Play Store Refunds
All purchases made through our apps are processed by the Google Play Store. Google provides an automatic refund window:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: You can request a refund directly through Google Play. Go to play.google.com ā Account ā Order History ā find the order ā Request Refund
- After 48 hours: Google's automatic refund window expires. You may contact us directly for eligible cases

Eligible Refund Cases
We may provide refunds in the following situations:
- Accidental or unauthorized purchases (including purchases made by children)
- Technical issues that prevent the purchased feature or content from functioning as described
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase
- App or feature not working as advertised despite troubleshooting
ā Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after using the purchased feature or content
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
- Consumable in-app purchases that have already been used (e.g., virtual currency, power-ups)
- Issues caused by the user's device, operating system, or network that are outside our control
š Subscription Cancellation
If you have a subscription in any of our apps:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period ā you will continue to have access until then
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
š§ How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us:
- Email us at contact@uimaster.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include: your Google Play order number, the app name, the purchase amount, and the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 3ā5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5ā10 business days
